New Build Homes in Chelmsford & Essex
From the footings to the roof, we build new homes across Essex, with the drawings and planning handled by our own team.
From Plot to Keys
We moved into new builds through our work with Cromwell Homes, and we’ve been building new homes across Essex ever since. Whether you’ve got a plot with planning already, or you’re still at the idea stage, we can help.
Our architect and planning consultant can look at your plot, draw up the plans and deal with the planning application. Then our own team builds it, from the groundworks and foundations right through to the roof, the finish and the driveway.
What We Cover

Self Builds and Small Developments
We work with people building their own home and with developers on smaller sites. Either way you get one team, one point of contact and regular updates from start to finish.
If you’ve got a plot and you’re not sure what you can build on it, give us a call. We’ll come and have a look and give you honest advice before you spend anything on drawings.
