What we collect
When you contact us we collect the details you give us, such as your name, email address, phone number, the address of the property and anything you tell us about your project. If you become a customer we also keep the records we need to quote for, carry out and invoice the work.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and arrange a site visit
- To prepare quotes, drawings and planning applications
- To carry out and manage your project
- To send invoices and keep our accounts
- To ask for feedback or a review once a job is finished
We will never sell your details or send you marketing you have not asked for.
Our legal reasons
We use your information because you have asked us to quote for or carry out work, because we need it to run the business and because the law requires us to keep certain records, such as tax and accounting records.
Who we share it with
We only share your details where we need to for your project, for example with our architect and planning consultant, building control, the local council, suppliers, specialist trades working on your job and our accountant. Our website host and email provider also store information for us.
How long we keep it
If an enquiry does not go ahead we delete your details after 12 months. If we carry out work for you we keep project and invoice records for at least six years, as required for tax purposes.

Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, ask us to delete it or object to how we use it. Just email enquiries@mandjconstruction.org.
