How It Works
- Free site visit. We come out, look at the house and talk through what you want.
- Drawings and planning. Our architect draws it up and we deal with the council, or check if it falls under permitted development.
- A clear, written quote. You’ll know exactly what’s included before anything starts.
- The build. Our own team builds it, keeps you updated and keeps the site tidy.
- Finishing off. We arrange building control sign off and make good outside, including any paths, patios or driveways.
Do I Need Planning Permission?
Not always. A lot of single storey rear extensions can be built under permitted development, as long as they stay within certain size limits. Our planning consultant will check your property and tell you whether you need to apply. If you do, we’ll put the application together and deal with the council for you.
