Builders in Danbury
Builders in Danbury for extensions, driveways and landscaping, from a family firm just along the A414.
Your Local Builders in Danbury
Danbury is a short drive east of Chelmsford along the A414, and it’s one of the prettiest villages we work in. A lot of the houses sit on bigger plots with mature gardens and trees, which suits the kind of outside work we love doing.
Whether you want a new driveway, a proper patio or an extension that makes the most of the view, we’ll design it around the house and the garden, not the other way round.
What We Do in Danbury
In Danbury we do a lot of driveways, landscaping and larger extensions, as well as:
- House extensions, single and double storey
- New builds
- Renovations, including garage conversions
- Architectural drawings and planning applications
- Driveways and patios
- Landscaping and groundworks
Planning Permission in Danbury
Danbury is covered by Chelmsford City Council, and parts of the village are in a conservation area. If you’ve got protected trees on or near your plot, that can affect groundworks too. We’ll check all of this before we start, and our planning consultant will deal with the council if anything needs approval.

We also work in nearby Maldon, Galleywood and Witham, as well as Chelmsford and right across Essex. See all the areas we cover, have a look at our recent projects or read our family history.
